#TalkTuesday with Memkoh: Getting out of Unhealthy Relationships

In Part 1, we discussed some of the reasons holding women back in unhealthy relationships. As promised, Part 2 will be a chance to offer solutions to those problems. If you didn’t comment last week, you can do both (problem & solution) today. Someone needs to hear/read this, so please don’t hold back. We are only looking out for each other when we discuss these topics.

Solution – I think the best way to overcome this is to surround oneself with people who lift them up, who do not make them feel less than they are or less than they deserve. Also I would advice talking to someone who can be of immense help. More positives, less negatives.
    That’s what I think.
