#TalkTuesday with Memkoh: Divided Patience – Work drama vs. Family drama

An average full-time employee works about 40 hours a week, sometimes more. This leaves little to no time to spend with family especially spouses for the married folks. But from my observation, people would rather clock 15 years for that lifetime award (under an overbearing boss) than work through a tumultuous relationship or marriage. I find this really interesting.
