It’s a new year. Some see it as a blank slate. Others like me see it as a new set of days, only with a higher numerical value/relevance. To some, making a couple of New Year Resolutions is at the top of their list. To others like myself, sticking with the things we do and how we do them are our watchword. Improvement is obviously key and change is inevitably bound to occur within the 365 days of 2015 that interestingly come with an extra second. In all, the possibility for opportunities and chances to present themselves are the same or better put, they are guaranteed. Don’t waste it. Don’t relent now.
Now that I’ve poured out the words from my grey hairs, Happy New Year everyone! I hope you didn’t stop working or get too caught up in the excitement of a new year. Actually, I hope you did both – enjoy the Christmas/New Year festivities while still putting in some work.
This year, I wish you all the same things I wished you last yearbut I’ll add a little more. I wish you experience a newly found or replenished faith, and total trust in God. I hope you don’t lean on your own understanding as the Bible puts it because God is truly the only one who is faithful to lead us all to our respective destinations in life and carry us safely over the hurdles.
I hope that this year, you count yourself as nothing, loose yourself in the service of others and work for God like you’ve never done before.
Happy New Year 2015! 🙂
All my love,
