This week’s challenge was to style the “Unity Skirt” by Esosa Parfait. Fun fact about this young designer is that I’ve known her previously. So by way of a little interlocking chain, she reached out to me to style this high demand skirt from her store. Small world right? Don’t be mean to people; you never know who you’ll need some sort of assistance from.
Ok, back to the business.
This skirt is made with various mixes of African print with a variety of lace hems in black, gold or other colors. Each Unity Skirt has a taste of individuality and overall, they are absolutely adorable, fashionable and fierce all in one. Take a look at 4 styling options below and proceed to checkout on Miss. Parfait’s Bigcartel store.
What do you wear when you run out of your house and down the street to buy milk? Sweats and a t-shirt? I hope not. Grab your Unity skirt, a chambray bustier top and this pair of Miu Miu sneakers. You never know who you’ll run into at the store 😉
I know you’re that lady who will avoid flats at any cost, even if you’ll be on your feet for hours on end. This set is for you. I also know that you’ll be attending the On The Run concert soon. Here’s a perfect outfit for you, an eclectic mix of chic, flirty, casual and all-round fabulous. Girl, there’s no one stopping you.
My fair lady, you’re about to rack up stares as you walk into the room with this lovely Unity Skirt together with the cutout ankle booties. Accentuating the lace hem detail on this skirt with a neutral lace top is the perfect way to go. Throw on this loose blazer for daytime and fling it into the distance at night (or keep it on). Your choice. 🙂
Strut into Fall:
I know, I know. No one wants to hear the mention of Fall. But sadly, it’s approaching, faster than we could ever imagine. As Summer makes way for Fall, the nights have become cooler, an all too familiar accolade. Not to worry, the Esosa Parfait Skirt can still be worn in these cooler months (with tights of course) and here’s how.
That’s it for now, folks.
